Association & Lifestyle Management

A family that cares about your families.

Our Story

The Neighborhood Company was formed in 2015 at the request of a local real estate developer who was having issues with their association management. Laura Ficco was 29 years into her career in real estate development and was having those same issues with large-scale management companies. She had some great ideas and knew she was up to the task, so she formed a lifestyle management company of her own, The Neighborhood Company (TNC).

Today, TNC manages 39 communities of all shapes and sizes:

  • highly amenitized communities,
  • gated communities,
  • developer-led communities and
  • homeowner-led communities
TNC manages three of the top nine New Braunfels Communities by Amenities as ranked by local Realtor, Raad Alawan. View the Top 9 communities HERE.
